For each person or entity you refer that activates an account with Cache Broadband you get a free month of your current residential service (residential services only). When you have 4 active referrals* you get free Cache Broadband Internet service! (A credit is entered each month for the montly internet service plan you are active on, rental fees, taxes VoIP and associated fees still apply.)

To make it easy for you to refer other to Cache Broadband, your installation technician will post a sign in your yard (excluding Logan City) and provide you with referral cards to hand out. Anyone who mentions your name or referral number when signing up and before they become an active customer with Cache Broadband will count towards your free service.

Your monthly billing statement that is emailed to you will show the list of "Active" Customers you have referred and credits received. There is no time limit for referring potential customers and receiving free service.

*An active referral is a customer referred by you to Cache Broadband who has been successfully installed and activated, was entered at the time of sale as a referral from your account ID or Name, was not added anytime later than service activation date of said referral and paid their service fees to Cache Broadband. To continue to receive free monthly residentail service your account needs to maintain 4 or more active referred accounts.
